Thank you for shopping with Faith & Prose Publishing. Each book we offer is printed on demand and made just for you. Please read the following policy to understand how shipping and fulfillment works through our trusted print partner, Lulu Direct.
Print-On-Demand Fulfillment
All books are printed to order via Lulu Direct. This means your book is produced only after your purchase is complete, ensuring a sustainable, waste-conscious process.

Shipping Area
At this time, Faith & Prose Publishing only ships to addresses within the United States.
We do not currently offer international shipping.
Orders placed with non-U.S. addresses will be canceled and refunded.
Shipping Carriers
Shipping is fulfilled through Lulu’s print network and may be delivered via USPS, UPS, FedEx, or other domestic carriers. We are not able to guarantee a specific carrier for any individual order.
Order Confirmation & Tracking
You will receive an order confirmation email after checkout. Once your book has been printed and shipped, you will receive a second email with tracking information (when available) to monitor your shipment.
Delivery Delays
Most orders are delivered within the estimated window, but delays can occur due to:

Errors in the shipping address provided at checkout
Faith & Prose Publishing is not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers or incorrect customer information.
Returned or Failed Deliveries
If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, the customer is responsible for any additional shipping charges required to resend the item. Refunds will not be issued for items returned due to delivery errors outside our control.
Lost or Damaged Orders
If your book arrives damaged or has not been received within 21 business days, please contact us at support@faithandprose.com. We will work with Lulu Direct to investigate the issue and, at our discretion:
