All sales are final. Faith & Prose does not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind, sizing, color preference, or other personal reasons. We ask that you review product details, descriptions, and dimensions carefully before completing your purchase.
Damaged or defective items
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item arrives defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue on a case-by-case basis and, if appropriate, replace the item or provide a refund at our sole discretion.
To report a damaged or defective item, contact us at support@faithandprose.com within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number, a clear description of the issue, and photos of the item and packaging if applicable.
Exceptions
The following are not eligible for refund or exchange: sale items, gift cards, digital products, custom or personalized orders, and items that have been worn, used, washed, or removed from original packaging.
Refunds
Approved refunds for verified damaged or defective items will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
