Eve Wasn't Hungry: She Was Lonely
She didn't eat because she was starving.
She ate because she believed
she was missing something.
The serpent didn't offer food.
He offered closeness—
the illusion of being known.
He made her think
God was holding out.
That there was more.
That she wasn't enough
without it.
And once she believed that,
she reached.
